I like staff quick response . Especially the reception area. The team there was superb. Also, the restaurant wants to specify afew names Sarah, Koko, and Susan, and the rest were very active

4 star category. Environment is very good. Few minutes walk from Salah Aldin metro station or Abu Bakar Siddique metro station. So easy to travel from DXB Airport through metro. Staffs are very supportive specially Komal and Alina. They are really good, always welcome us with smiling faces. I wish them gradual promotion.

The worst hotel I ever stay! This hotel is wharehouse. You cant sleep for disco, which continues 4.00a.m. Absolutely terrible for families.

It's a beautiful hotel. All the stauffs are good and friendly. Among them, I must say about Ms. Sara in breakfast area. I've observed that she was taking care of every guest and asking about their needs, personally even for kids.

I have booked for my guests from Australia, a mother and two children. While we were entering the hotel, the receptionist told us that you must wait until the room is ready. We waited 15 minutes. We went to the room. Upon reaching the room, the water was not there, then we were transferred to another room. We settled at the hour 1:00 While everyone is asleep, the door is opened and a stranger enters the room, saying that this is my room, what are you doing here? He really scared the children, then the receptionist came to apologize and take the man to another room, then at 2:30 the receptionist calls to apologize while the children They started sleeping until we woke up to the sound of the phone again. It was a very, very bad experience. The next day, the hotel manager told me that you would be compensated financially or with another room, and I was never contacted.

I dont know what happened, before was very good but now when you book hotel from booking.com and you go there they try to charge you more or make you wait until you accept to pay more , its become like land of hookers not a hotel
